Cancellation, Transfer, & Donation Policy

At Heart Soul Strength, we deeply value your support and commitment to our mission of equipping women with biblically rooted skills, knowledge, and resources. As a non-profit organization, all ticket purchases are considered donations to support this mission. For this reason, no refunds will be provided. However, we offer flexible transfer and scholarship options to accommodate changes in your plans.

Transfer Policy

We encourage you to transfer your ticket if you are unable to attend:

Direct Transfer:
- Transfer your ticket to another attendee at no additional cost.
- The new attendee must agree to our community guidelines.
- Update attendee information through your registration portal and email [email protected] to initiate the process.
Gifting Your Ticket:
- Donate your ticket to our scholarship fund.
- Your donation will be 100% tax-deductible and will enable a deserving woman to attend the event.
- We will prayerfully match your ticket with someone who couldn't otherwise join. Email [email protected] to arrange your donation.
Private Resale:
- You may resell your ticket at or below your purchase price.
- The new attendee must register through our official transfer process.

Important: All transfers must be completed by September 1, 2025.

SCHOLARSHIP FUND

If you cannot attend, consider converting your registration into a scholarship donation. Your gift will:

Be 100% tax-deductible.
Enable another woman to experience this transformative event.
Help advance the mission of Heart Soul Strength

Additional Notes

All payment plan obligations must still be met, even if you cannot attend.
Heart Soul Strength reserves the right to deny transfer requests that don’t align with our community values.
In the event of a cancellation by Heart Soul Strength, all contributions will be refunded or offered as a tax-deductible donation, depending on the donor’s preference.
