We’re in our restructuring and reimagining era — rebuilding from the inside out (with plenty of sticky notes, collaborative brainstorms, market research, and way too much coffee).

Formerly known as Heart Soul Strength, Rise Leadership Collective is stepping into a new season focused on connection, creativity, and collaboration.

Our mission? To build bridges between women from all backgrounds, generations, and perspectives who share the call to lead — and to make leadership feel a little more human again.

While the Rise Leadership Conference is postponed until November 2026, we’re continuing to make plans to make an impact in other ways, too!
