Deuteronomy 6:5
The command in Deuteronomy 6:5 was exemplified in the life of King Josiah, one of the most faithful leaders in Israel’s history. Despite inheriting a kingdom steeped in idolatry and corruption, Josiah chose to wholeheartedly pursue the Lord. When the forgotten Book of the Law was discovered, he responded with deep repentance and radical obedience, leading Israel back to true worship (2 Kings 22-23).
Like Josiah, we believe that true leadership starts with a fully surrendered heart, a soul anchored in God’s truth, and the strength to pursue righteousness even in the face of adversity.
With All Your Heart – Josiah didn’t just reform Israel’s laws—he devoted his entire heart to following God, tearing down idols and restoring worship. Likewise, we encourage leaders to align their hearts with God’s purpose, leading with passion, integrity, and conviction.
With All Your Soul – Josiah sought the Lord with his entire being, ensuring that Israel's faith was deeply rooted in God’s Word. We help women cultivate a spiritual foundation that strengthens their leadership and sustains them through challenges.
With All Your Strength – Josiah acted boldly, using his position to bring lasting change to his nation. Leadership requires resilience, action, and endurance, and we are committed to equipping women with the tools and support they need to lead with courage and strength.
Like Josiah, we are called to be leaders who don’t just inherit a world as it is, but actively transform it for God’s Kingdom. Heart Soul Strength exists to raise up faith-driven women who will lead and love with all their heart, soul, and strength—leaving a legacy of unwavering faith and Kingdom impact.
At Heart Soul Strength, our faith is the foundation of everything we do. We are committed to equipping and empowering female leaders to serve with purpose, resilience, and a heart aligned with God’s will. Our beliefs guide our mission, our programs, and our impact.
We follow the example of Jesus Christ, who came not to be served, but to serve (Mark 10:45). True leadership is rooted in humility, sacrifice, and a deep commitment to lifting others up.
The Body of Christ is strongest when we support and encourage one another (1 Thessalonians 5:11). We are not meant to walk alone. True leadership is cultivated in collaboration, encouragement, and shared wisdom. That’s why we are committed to providing a free, faith-driven community and resources that equip and connect female leaders, empowering them to fulfill their unique Kingdom assignments.
Josiah’s obedience didn’t just affect his reign—it influenced the future of Israel. We believe in raising up Kingdom-minded leaders who will not only fulfill their own callings but also invest in the next generation, creating a ripple effect of faith and leadership.
Challenges will come, but we stand firm in God’s promises (James 1:2-4). We encourage leaders to persevere, knowing that trials refine and strengthen us for greater purpose.
God entrusts us with resources, time, and talents, and we are committed to using them wisely (Colossians 3:23-24). We don’t offer quick fixes—we equip leaders with long-term, sustainable solutions that allow them to support a life of long obedience to God.
When we invest in others, we multiply Kingdom impact (2 Corinthians 9:6-8). Heart Soul Strength exists to pour into leaders so they can, in turn, pour into their communities, ministries, and businesses. Wealth and influence are gifts from God, given not for personal gain but to be used to bless others and expand His Kingdom. We are committed to faithful stewardship of resources. (1 Timothy 6:17-18)
At Heart Soul Strength, we believe that faith and leadership are not limited to the church—they extend into every area of life, including business, entrepreneurship, and the marketplace. God calls and equips His people to lead with integrity, excellence, and Kingdom impact in every sphere of influence.
Honesty and righteousness should define every aspect of our work. We commit to ethical business practices, fair dealings, and integrity in leadership. (Proverbs 11:1)
